Copyright Clearance Center
I wrote a technical white paper outlining the security features in CCC's Rightspere product. Involved interviewing key personnel and working closely with the product manager to produce a final product..
Darwin Partners/CIGNA
I worked with Darwin Partners helping a large health insurance company develop a new writing process for their procedure documents.Involved extensive analysis, as well as creating a style guide and writing detailed 'Cook Book' explaining the process.
Helios Custom Training/Grand
Circle Travel
Reviewed the entire documentation and information
infrastructure at Grand Circle, then wrote two reports: one outlining
the current flow of information within Grand Circle and one making
recommendations for improving the flow and providing a more organized
information system.
Trained REMI personnel to use ForeHelp Help Authoring Tool and
implement my Help system design. This enabled the client to take over
help system production, implementation and editing. Also worked with REMI
to help them produce final manual.
Jurisoft
Developed documentation, tutorials and on-line help systems for a
suite of Windows-based legal software. Worked with programming staff
and made recommendations regarding user interface. Also analyzed
documentation set and made recommendations for changes to format and
style.
Worked with Reporters Office to develop system that
streamlined the
publication of legal decisions produced by the Supreme Judicial Court
of Massachusetts and made more efficient use of existing computer
systems and software products.
