Below is a description of some of my Help projects. 

	I created a Web Help project (cross-browser) using Frame and WebWorks Publisher for Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), developing administrative and user systems for CCC's Rightsphere product, an online copyright management tool. I worked closely with CCC personnel and delivered help for release 1, as well as an extensive update to release 2.
	I created a Web Help project (cross-browser) using Frame and WebWorks Publisher to develop on online help for Viewpoint's Enliven product. I worked closely with the product manager to learn key concepts. I also maintain online help for several other Viewpoint and Unicast products as part of a long-term relationship I have with the company.
	I created a Web Help project (cross-browser compatible help) using RoboHTML for Grand Circle Travel as part of an overall training package produced with Helios Custom Training. I designed and developed the Help system based on the training materials produced for Grand Circle's new reservations system.
	I completed a comprehensive Help system in WinHelp 4.0 format for Regional Economic Models, Inc. and their flagship product: REMI Policy Insight. This project involved detailed design work to incorporate help with up to seven levels of sub-topics for hundreds of policy variables. I created much of the help system, but also trained REMI personnel to use ForeHelp 2.97 to complete parts of the extensive system.
