| Developed a four-hour introductory and three-day advanced course on
Lotus Freelance for Windows for Boston-based consulting firm.
Introductory course explained basic functions of the program, while
the advanced course explained topics such as graphs, advanced tables
and importing data from spreadsheets. Project required working closely
with different departments inside the client organization.

| Developed two four-hour courses for Digital Equipment Corp. Sales staff on
Electronic Mail and Desktop Publishing. Package included prework,
participant guide, instructor guide, course overheads and course

Worked as part of a writing team to develop a sales training course
on NCR's DMS imaging systems. Wrote case study, as well as two of
eight modules, an entrance exam and pre- and post-test. |

Worked as part of a team of writers on a series of five self-study
guides developed by Helios for NCR sales personnel. I researched and
wrote several chapters in each of the guides, wrote detailed outlines
and a pre- and post-test for each. Subjects included pen-based
computing, systems integration and notebook computer product detail.

| Worked as part of a team of writers to produce an extensive course
on the spectrum of computer products and services. I wrote chapters on
networking and databases, as well as an introductory chapter. I also
organized a bibliography of all articles used in the course and
researched and compiled a publications bibliography.

| Edited and rewrote Sales Reference Guide designed by Helios to help
D&B sales representatives better understand D&B products and
services and the markets they serve. In addition, I wrote 20
multiple choice exams. |

& Bradstreet products and services. My contribution included
product descriptions, product comparison charts and a detailed
glossary of terms.
