develop documentation for Cluster Management software package. The
sophisticated software helps maximize and manage computer resources
across a computing infrastructure. Worked together with CPub
team to produce final product. |

| Rewrote existing User Guide including complete
reorganization and rewriting of all existing material and writing new
material where needed. |

| Worked with Berlex staff to rewrite and
redesign a manual explaining how to use their online drug approval
process software. Among the changes were adding color coding to
differentiate the responsibilities of each job type in the process, as well as extensively rewriting and reorganizing
the material in the manual.
The final document was generated in PDF format. |

|
Wrote user guide for Move Coordination Tool. This is a sophisticated
add-in to Centerstone’s premiere package known as APPLIED FMS.

Wrote extensive Release Notes manual for distribution with version
2.0 of APPLIED FMS.

Berkshire Technologies |
|
Worked with programming shop creating documentation for large
investment firm based in Boston. Wrote documentation for several
products for Sales and administrative personnel.

|
Wrote REMI Policy Insight documentation including User Guide and
Demonstration manual for sophisticated economic modeling program.

Specular International |
|
Wrote Infini-D 4.0 User Guide for a 3D modeling, rendering and animation package. Included extensive reorganization
and rewrite of existing text along with documenting new functions and
redesigned interface.

Wrote Collage (vers. 1.0 and 2.0) User Guide for graphics utility
used in conjunction with programs such as Adobe Photoshop on the
Macintosh computer. The utility allows the user to lay out a complex
collage of graphics and then export it to a graphics or layout
program. Documentation received favorable reviews in press.

Developed Infini-D tutorials for 3D modeling,
rendering, and animation package designed for use on the Macintosh.

|
Wrote System Administration and User Guide for in-house employee
time and expense program designed with Excel and Visual Basic. Also
completed update for version 2.0.

|
Developed a series of seven manuals and help systems over a two-year
period for Windows-based software designed for the legal market.

Applied Data Systems |
|
Designed, wrote, and produced 16 sets of manuals for ADS LandTrak,
ChartTrak, StatTrak, and CourtTrak software used in imaging systems in
Registry of Deeds offices, hospitals, county clerk offices and court
houses. Software was run originally on a Wang VS 5000 and later in a
PC-based client/server environment.
